The suspension kit consists of front columns and springs, rear springs and shock absorbers and other components necessary for the proper installation of the entire kit.
Pedders offers a finished product, properly designed for the Mercedes X-Class, which gives the driver safety and driving confidence. Rear springs, redesigned from scratch, provide better handling characteristics and improve passenger comfort. They meet the transportation requirements of the factory springs, but if you plan to haul heavy goods frequently, ask for the heavy-duty version. The specially designed rebound gently accommodates sudden suspension swings, whether the car is loaded or not. The front and rear shock absorbers are made with Foam Cell technology. These are full-oil shock absorbers with a piston diameter of 40 mm. Higher oil capacity and content, as well as polyurethane foam that responds to changes in oil flow, give the car more control, comfort, and durability to withstand tough off-road conditions. The kit raises the car by about 35 mm. It gives more ground clearance and a more aggressive look to the vehicle. All of these components replace the original ones. No other modifications are required.
